At We Live Cozy, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below before completing your order.


7-Day Free Trial — Refund or Exchange

Eligible in-stock items may be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a:

  • Full refund, or
  • Free exchange

Items must be in like-new condition with no signs of use.

Days 7–14 — One-Time Store Credit Exchange

From day 7 through day 14, customers may:

  • Exchange the item one time, or
  • Receive store credit for the full purchase price

Refunds are not available during this period.

Days 14–30 — 20% Restocking Fee

From day 14 through day 30, eligible returns will be accepted with:

  • A 20% restocking fee, and
  • The remaining balance issued as store credit

Refunds are not issued during this period.

After 30 Days — All Sales Final

No returns, exchanges, or credits will be accepted after 30 days.

The following items are final sale and not included in our return or exchange timeframes:

Custom or Special Orders

Any item ordered specifically for the customer—such as custom fabrics, colors, sizes, or configurations—is final sale.

No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once the order is placed.

Clearance, Floor Models & AS-IS Merchandise

Discounted and AS-IS items are final sale without exceptions.

Used or Damaged Items

Items showing wear, stains, damage, odors, or pet hair are not eligible for return.

Additional Information

 

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • A pickup or redelivery fee may apply for returns.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Store credit does not expire.
